The main characters in the book are Lisbeth Salander and Mikael Blomkvist. Blomkvist has made a powerful position in journalism by exposing corrupt establishments. So a young journalist approaches him with an investigation into sex trafficking, Blomkvist cannot wait to reveal the truth about the trafficking industry and all those who are controlling it. While investigating a young couple is found dead in their apartment and Lisbeth is accused for a murder for which she is hiding and no one is able to find her. How Blomkvist reveal the truth about the murder, sex trafficking and find Lisbeth and asks for her help. How they both work together on this case is interesting as Lisbeth is hiding and can be contacted through computer only. How being accused of a murder Lisbeth becomes the Heroine of the book. This thriller is very gripping and astonishing.
