The main characters in the book are catwoman( selina kyle), harley quinn & poison ivy. The story revolves around selina kyle who is a street fighter in Gotham city and works for carmine falcone to earn money to care of her sister suffering from cystic fibrosis and herself as their parents are not around. Selina is a great fighter and have never lost a fight so the victories are tattooed on her body. The problem starts when cops and a social worker shows on their door and the two sisters are separated. Selina is contacted by Talia who runs a vocational school for people like selina who are physically skilled and they try to make a deal where selina will join the school and talia will remove the records of charges against selina from police records and her sister will live in a single-family foster home. From here selina becomes catwoman and tries to take over Gotham city as now she is a trained assassin. On this journey she meets poison ivy and harley quinn. And they work as a team.

I didnt read the synopsis when i picked this book and when i started reading i was not expecting a teamwork. So when harley quinn was introduced as one of the characters in the book i knew there and then that this book is a hit, not only because she’s my favorite character but these three dangerous women will be working as a team and this just blew my mind off. The writing as usual was awesome. The book overall was so entertaining, there were events in the book where you’ll see the bond of friendship between these three women goes stronger and stronger and they become lethal towards Gotham city as the catwoman said ” WHEN THE BAT’S AWAY, THE CAT WILL PLAY” ohh and she did play. As the batwing is left alone to take care of the city without batman around, with catwoman, harley quinn and poison ivy on a mission will he or not can save his city from them and more dangerous people than these women coming towards his city. I loved this book and i’ll recommed it to everybody out there to read if you’re DC fan or SJM fan, this book is perfect for you.
