The main characters in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone are Harry, Ron, Hermione and supporting characters include Nevielle, Prof. Dumbledore, Prof. McGonagall, Hagrid, Prof. Snape, Prof. Quirell, Malfoy and lastly YOU-KNOW-WHO. At start story revolves around harry’s childhood. How he is neglected by his uncle, aunt and cousin. Then one fine day letters start dropping on the doormat of Dursley’s and are confiscated by his uncle. Finally he gets to know about HOGWARTS and that he is a Wizard. And Harry’s adventure begins when he arrives at hogwarts. The book was unputdownable. The friendship between harry, ron and hermione was great and how they stick through each other in every circumstance.
